DR. JALPESH PATEL
Founder and Trainer
Dr. Jalpesh Patel completed his undergraduate training at King’s College London in 2010, graduating with Honours. He is an Aesthetic and Dental practitioner who is a member of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons and has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Skin Aging and Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Manchester having already successfully completed a Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry, at King’s College London, graduating with Distinction. As a member of the Practitioner Register Committee of the Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) he has a strong commitment to improving the regulation and learning pathways within the facial aesthetic industry having felt that there has been a lack of formal guidelines and educational structure for those wanting to enter and practice in this field; hence the creation of the RASA Academy.
DR. BEA BROOKES
Trainer
Dr. Brookes qualified from Kings College London in 1987 and firstly embarked on postgraduate training in Surgery including Plastic and General Surgery becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1992. This lead her to higher training in Emergency Medicine and a Consultant appointment in 1998. She embarked on non-surgical aesthetics training in 2005 and served on the committee of BACD (British Association of Cosmetic Doctors) helping bring about the inception of the now British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM). She has been an Appraiser and Examiner also. Her aesthetics career has been quite broad with injectables and also body contouring with laser lipo and tumescent liposuction. She now concentrates on facial aesthetics including PDO thread lift.

She has recently been instrumental in helping the CQC recognize PDO thread lift as a procedure requiring their regulation. She enjoys teaching and views aesthetic training as an apprenticeship, with closely supervised practical training underpinned by knowledge of full consent, examination, aesthetic appreciation, knowledge of facial anatomy with duty of care and understanding the whole patient pathway.
DR. VIKRAM SWAMINATHAN
Trainer
Dr Vikram Swaminathan is an experienced Aesthetic Doctor. He is nationally recognised and regularly lectures at conferences throughout the U.K. Previously the Academic Lead at the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, he now maintains board roles as the Chair of a Clinical Advisory Group and as a member of the Aesthetic Faculty at the Royal Society of Medicine. He is an expert with the use of aesthetic injectables, with a special interest in facial contouring and profile balancing treatments.
DR. JEMMA
GEWARGIS
Trainer
Dr Jemma qualified from King’s College London with Honours award and went on to rank within the top 1% of dentists in the annual national recruitment process. She has been trained by renowned expert facial aesthetics surgeons in the field of non-surgical medical aesthetics and regularly upkeeps her training. Her keen interest and ethos of bespoke subtle enhancements to the facial profile brings out the best in each individual, helping reduce the signs of ageing to maintain a natural youthful look.
Using the latest safe techniques, backed by the deep understanding of facial anatomy and a meticulous attention to detail, Dr Jemma provides a gentle and effective approach to facial aesthetics. She has provided internal training to a cohort of practitioners working within a chain of aesthetic practices and thoroughly enjoys sharing her knowledge, including through the publication of an article in the Aesthetic Medicine Magazine.
